What Is Anodizing?

Most anodizing work is done on aluminum and its alloys. During this process, the metal is put in as the anode in a solution of electrolyte that has been made for the purpose. The metal becomes stronger and better looking when an electrolysis process creates a protective layer of oxide on its surface.

Our dependable partners and we have partnered for more than ten years to deliver anodizing services through ZCmould. They give you solutions that meet your needs for looks and function and are offered at a good price.

Benefits of Anodizing for Your Product

Improve Corrosion Resistance

It creates a protective aluminum oxide layer that stops further oxidation.

Improve Wear Resistance

It improves wear resistance by forming a hard oxide layer that minimizes scratches and surface wear.

Improve Insulation

It offers electrical insulation by forming a non-conductive oxide layer, making it suitable for applications that require insulation.
