What's Pad Printing?

Pad printing means cutting the required design onto a sheet or plate made of steel. With a pad printing machine, the oil is pushed over the plate with a roller and then it uses a blade setup to take away extra ink from the parts that are not etched, putting it back in the ink well. After that, the silicone holds the pattern in place so that the printing may finish.

A reason for its popularity is that it can print large patterns on all kinds of workpieces, especially those that are oddly or unevenly shaped.

ZCmoulds’ parts are treated with etched surface by a supplier with whom our company has been working for eleven years, guaranteeing fair pricing for the services. We do not have pad printing features. We are able to give you the matching pad printing surface treatment when you order parts manufacturing from us.

Advantages of Anodizing for Your Product

Strong Color Performance

It is possible to add layers of colour to almost any product with the thin pad printing method. For these reasons, it sometimes gets called "universal printing" for its ability to handle multiple types of colours and paper.

Wide Application Range

Especially suitable for workpieces with grooves, recesses or areas where screen printing does not work well, pad printing gives more accurate patterns than screen printing, with its mesh structure. In addition, since pad printing is highly precise, machines can apply accurate layer of colours.

Easy Operation

The pad printing technique is speedy, using automatic equipment which supports the process of making many products.
