Quality Control for CNC Milled Parts
Dimensional accuracy and surface quality are verified at every stage of production, not just at final inspection. This in-process control approach helps us catch deviations early and maintain consistent results across the entire batch — from the first part to the last.
Our inspection equipment includes digital calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM (coordinate measuring machine), surface roughness testers, and optical comparators. We inspect to the tolerances and reference standards specified in your drawings, whether GB, JIS, DIN, or AISI.
On request, we can provide dimensional inspection reports, material test certificates (mill certificates), and first article inspection (FAI) documentation. This is especially valuable for customers in regulated industries such as medical, aerospace, and automotive supply chains.

From Prototype to Production
We support your project at every stage — from early-design prototypes to validated production orders. The process is straightforward, with clear communication at each step so you always know what to expect.
Send your drawings and requirements. We review your files and clarify any technical questions before quoting.
You receive a detailed quotation including unit price, tooling requirements (if any), and confirmed lead time.
CNC programs are created from your CAD files. Workholding, tooling, and cutting parameters are prepared and validated.
Parts are machined to your specifications. All milled parts are deburred and cleaned before inspection.
Final dimensional inspection is performed. Inspection reports and material certificates are prepared on request.
Parts are carefully packaged to prevent transit damage and shipped with full documentation and tracking.

Why Choose Our CNC Milling Services
We are a made-to-order precision manufacturer. Everything we do is oriented toward delivering accurate parts, on time, with clear communication — so you can focus on your project rather than managing your supply chain.
Focused on Custom CNC Milled Parts
We manufacture exclusively from customer-supplied drawings and 3D models. No standard catalog items — every part is produced to your specific design and tolerance requirements.
Transparent Capabilities & Honest Quoting
We clearly communicate what we can and cannot produce. Quotations are accurate and include all relevant details — no hidden fees or surprise revisions after order placement.
Integrated Machining & Finishing
In addition to CNC milling, we offer deburring, surface grinding, anodizing coordination, and other secondary operations, simplifying your supply chain with fewer vendors.
Consistent Quality & Documentation
Dimensional inspection at every production stage. Inspection reports, material certificates, and FAI documents available on request — supporting your quality compliance needs.
Flexible Quantities & Repeat Orders
We handle prototypes, small batches, and volume production. Repeat orders benefit from retained programs and fixtures, keeping quality and lead times consistent over time.
Responsive Communication
You receive direct contact with our engineering and production team — not a sales intermediary. Questions are answered quickly, and order updates are proactive, not reactive.
CNC Milling Services FAQ
Common questions from engineering teams and buyers evaluating our CNC milling service.
What information do you need to provide a CNC milling quote? +
To provide an accurate quotation, we need your engineering drawings (2D PDF or DXF) and, if available, your 3D CAD model (STEP or IGES format). Please also include the required material grade, key dimensional tolerances, surface finish requirements, and the quantity needed (prototype, small batch, or production volume).
The more detail you provide upfront, the faster and more accurate our quote will be. If your drawing is not yet finalized, a preliminary inquiry with approximate requirements is also welcome.
What tolerances can you achieve for CNC milled parts? +
Our standard dimensional tolerance for CNC milled parts is ±0.05 mm. For precision-critical features, we can achieve tolerances down to ±0.01 mm. Geometric tolerances such as flatness, parallelism, and positional accuracy can also be maintained to tight specifications, depending on part geometry and material.
Please specify all critical tolerances directly on your drawing. For features without explicit tolerance callouts, we apply standard general tolerances (ISO 2768-m or equivalent) unless otherwise agreed.
What is the typical lead time for CNC milled parts? +
Lead time depends on part complexity, quantity, and material availability. For prototype orders (1–5 pieces), we typically deliver within 5–10 business days. Small production batches (10–100 pieces) generally require 10–18 business days. Larger production quantities are quoted with confirmed lead times based on current scheduling.
Rush orders can be accommodated in some cases — please mention your required delivery date in your inquiry and we will advise on feasibility.
Which materials do you recommend for CNC milling? +
Aluminum 6061-T6 is the most common recommendation for general-purpose CNC milled parts due to its excellent machinability, light weight, and good corrosion resistance. For higher strength applications, 7075-T6 or stainless steel 304/316 are preferred. For tooling and mold components, D2 or H13 tool steel is standard.
If you are uncertain about material selection, share your application requirements (load conditions, environment, temperature, weight constraints) and we can advise on the most suitable option.
Can you provide both milling and turning for the same project? +
Yes. We offer both CNC milling and CNC turning in-house, so parts requiring a combination of turned and milled features can be handled as a single order without outsourcing. This simplifies procurement, reduces lead time, and helps maintain consistent quality across all features of the part.
If your project includes both milled and turned components, please send all drawings together and we will provide a combined quotation.
Do you provide surface finishing services for milled parts? +
Yes. We offer a range of secondary finishing operations including deburring, surface grinding, anodizing (clear and color), black oxide, electroless nickel plating, and sandblasting. Not all finishes are performed in-house — some are coordinated through qualified local finishing suppliers. Please specify your required finish in your inquiry so we can include it in the quotation.
Send Us Your CNC Milling Project
